PRIME CHOICE HOME CENTER is an Adult Residential Care Facility offering Direct support services to individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities in the Los Angeles Area with assistance from the North Los Angeles Regional Center.

Our main objective is to protect and promote the rights of our clients (Lanterman Act) and to support each Individual's Program Plan to help them keep a safe and well nurtured environment.

Prime Choice Home Center has 5-7 Direct Support Services Professionals and services are available 24/7 for our residents' needs.

CONSULTING AGENCY FOR BEHAVIORAL SERVICES : Applied Behavioral Alternatives

  • A private room with reading desk and dresser
  • Three nutritious meals and healthy snacks
  • On-going OBSERVATION/ SUPERVISION of residents in order to provide the necessary care
  • Communication with family members, conservators or guardians regarding any change or status of the resident or as needed
  • Assistance in meeting emotional and mental needs by providing the residents with regular physical, psychiatric and medical exams
  • Access to a telephone, cable TV, Wireless INTERNET
  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, meal preparation and medications
  • Laundry services
  • Assistance with communication with family members when applicable, and members of the community
  • Outings, and social events
  • Variety of individualized training in all areas of independent life skills such as money management, meal preparation, hygiene and health related skills, social skills, community and safety skills to name a few
